Submission of Tender Offer for the Securities of Union Textile Industries Public Company Limited (Form 247-4)

As Saha-Union Public Company Limited (Company) has an intention to tender offer the entire securities of Union Textile Industries Public Company Limited (UT) which consist of 29,419,460 ordinary shares and 651,340 preferred shares, altogether 50.12% of all UT’s issued and paid up shares, in order to voluntarily delist UT securities from being the listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). 

However, the 15 companies in the offeror group, holding ordinary shares altogether 14,150,500 shares, equal to 23.58% of the total issued and paid-up shares of UT, have expressed their intention not to sell the shares of UT to the offeror.

The Company, as the offeror of Tender Offer for the securities of UT, would like to inform that on 27 December 2021, the Company has already submitted the Tender Offer for the Securities of UT (Form 247-4) to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the Board of Directors and shareholders of UT.
