Saha-Union Public Company Limited has always realized that business cannot move forward and grow sustainably if it does not contribute to social care for the environment. It also includes creating shared values for all stakeholders to grow together with the intention and determination to operate in continuous sustainable development. As a result, Saha-Union Public Company Limited has been selected by Thaipat Institute as one of the 100 listed companies with outstanding performance in environment, society, and good governance (Environmental, Social and Governance: ESG) In 2015 and from 2018 to 2025 consecutively. Also, it received the corporate governance assessment from the Thai Institute of Directors Association in 2025 at the level of "Excellent".

The Company has policies and goals for sustainability management announced throughout the organization as follows:

  • Operate business based on good corporate governance by the organization’s core values, which are integrity, quality, and service. The ultimate goal is the organization’s sustainability that creates shared economic, social, and environmental values in the company’s business chain.
  • In sustainability management, the focus is on working and performing at all levels. It considers the impact on stakeholders in the business value chain by minimizing negative impacts. Also, it strives to create innovations in business operations through building partnerships with partners in all sectors.
  • It shall provide comprehensive risk management according to global trends and trends by defining operational strategies to enable the organization to move through stably.
  • Three sustainability management goals have been set: stakeholder impact management in the business value chain, sustainability management in the environmental dimension, and sustainability management in the social dimension.

Environment

Objective: To reduce environmentalimpacts and undertake activities every year to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in pursuit of the Net Zero target.

  • Promote knowledge and understanding of both the positive and negative environmental impacts arising from the Company’s activities.
  • Foster an organizational culture that encourages employees to participate in environmental protection and to develop approaches for the efficient use of energy and resources in order to reduce waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Manage waste, refuse, and pollution by emphasizing waste reduction through a circular economy system.
  • Manage both direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Promote sustainability throughout the supply chain by selecting suppliers and partners that have environmental management capabilities consistent with the Company’s policy.

Social

Objective: To be an organizationrecognized for respecting human rights, promoting equality, and contributing to the development of related communities.

  • Prepare a business code of conduct and promote adherence by employees at all levels to the principlesof honesty, responsibility, and respect for stakeholders’ rights, together withtransparent control and reporting systems.
  • Establish a clear anti-corruption policy covering all levels, communicate it thoroughly, and provide internal control systems, safe whistleblowing mechanisms, and fair disciplinary procedures.

The donation was made to express appreciation, boost morale, and support healthcare professionals and frontline personnel in their efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. The donation took place on 22 July 2021."

"Recognizing the important role of construction workers as a driving force behind the country's economy, Saha-Union Public Company Limited donated 306 relief kits containing dried food and daily necessities to workers at the Ruamjai Rak Hospital construction project on Sukhumvit Soi 62. The donation was intended to help ease the hardship caused by the temporary closure of construction sites and workers' camps as part of the government's measures to contain the spread of COVID-19. The relief kits were received on behalf of the project by Mr. Siripong Thiplui, Project Manager of Siam Multi Con Co., Ltd., on 27 July 2021."

"Saha-Union Public Company Limited donated 100 essential supply kits to support the operations of police officers and boost their morale. The donation was received by Police Colonel Wachirakorn Wongboon, Superintendent of Phra Khanong Metropolitan Police Station, on behalf of the station. The essential supply kits were provided to support traffic police officers in facilitating public transportation and assisting the public in the Phra Khanong district during the COVID-19 pandemic. The donation took place on 23 July 2021."
