The hospital business in Thailand is renowned for its strength in medical personnel and advanced medical technologies. It has sustained a prominent standard amongst the ASEAN region.Compounded with rising domestic , overseas and tourist sectors’ demands, the medical business in Thailand has enjoyed a steady growth and therefore is attractive for investment.
The projected hospital the Company planned to invest will be situated in Sukhumvit 62.
Reasons for choosing the site :
- No private hospital in Phra Khanong district , the area is served inefficiently by only a number of medical clinics.
- The planned location is downtown , on a major street and close to the sky train.
The Company considers providing quality medical services at reasonable prices a sound contribution to society. It could also generate a long-term return on investment to the Company and its shareholders.
The project requires an investment of around Baht 1,800,000,000.The construction could be completed within 2-3 years.
